Gifted and Glam Collection makes and ships orders from Germantown, Maryland, United States.

Processing time

Most products are handmade and made to order. Processing takes 3–5 business days after any required customization details and design approval are received. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time. Large group orders or approved rush orders may have a different timeline that will be confirmed before production.

Shipping time and carriers

Orders ship by USPS or UPS. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incorrect delivery address.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and their exact charges are shown at checkout before payment. The amount charged at checkout is the amount the customer pays for shipping.

Tracking and address changes

A tracking number is emailed when an order ships. Contact us as soon as possible if a shipping address needs to be changed. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the carrier can redirect it.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If tracking shows a package as delayed, lost, or delivered but it has not been received, contact us at giftedandglamcollections@gmail.com. For an item damaged in transit, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with the order number and photographs of the package and item.
