How to Order from Gifted and Glam Collection

Every piece we create is handmade and made-to-order — designed specifically for you. Here's exactly how it works from start to finish.

Step 1 — Browse & Choose Your Item 👀

Browse our collections and find the piece that speaks to you. Whether it's a glam hoodie, a faith statement tee, or matching shirts for your whole crew — add your item to cart and complete checkout.

For group orders (Family Reunion, Girls Trip, Birthday Squad, Baby Shower), simply select the pack size that fits your group.

Step 2 — Place Your Order 🛒

Complete your purchase through our secure checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away — hold onto it, because we'll be in touch shortly after.

Step 3 — Send Us Your Customization Details ✉️

After your order is placed, reply to your confirmation email (or email us directly at giftedandglamcollections@gmail.com) with:

  • Your order number
  • The name(s) or text you'd like printed
  • Any color or style preferences for your design (if applicable)
  • For group orders: the names and sizes for each person in the group

Step 4 — We Get to Work ✂️✨

Once we receive your customization details, our team begins crafting your order by hand. Each piece is pressed, cut, and assembled with care using premium materials and our DTF printer, heat press, and vinyl tools.

Production time: 3–7 business days depending on the item and order size.

Step 5 — Your Order Ships 📦

Once your item is complete, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make changes after I order?

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once production has started, we may not be able to accommodate changes.

What's your return policy for custom items?

Because every item is made-to-order and personalized just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is a defect or error on our part. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we'll make it right.

How do I order for a group?

Select the pack size that fits your group, then email us after checkout with all the names and sizes. We handle the rest! For groups larger than 15, contact us directly for a custom quote.

How long does shipping take?

Production takes 3–7 business days. Shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days. For time-sensitive orders (graduations, events), please reach out before ordering so we can confirm availability.

Can I rush my order?

Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload. Email us at giftedandglamcollections@gmail.com before placing your order to check availability.
