How to Order from Gifted and Glam Collection

Every piece is handmade and made to order.

1. Choose your item

Select the product, size, color, and pack quantity that you want, then add it to the cart.

2. Complete secure checkout

Review the product price and the exact shipping charge shown at checkout before placing the order.

3. Send customization details

Reply to the order-confirmation email, or email giftedandglamcollections@gmail.com, with the order number, names or text, size assignments, colors, and any special requests.

4. Approve the design

When a preview is required, review it carefully. Production begins after all required information and design approval are received.

5. Production and shipping

Production normally takes 3–5 business days after approval. Orders ship by USPS or UPS and most U.S. orders arrive 3–5 business days after shipment. Tracking is emailed when the order ships.

Changes, returns, and problems

Request changes within 24 hours after ordering. Once production begins, custom products cannot be changed or canceled. Custom and personalized products are final sale except when damaged, defective, or different from the approved design or order. Report those issues within 7 calendar days after delivery.
