🛒 Ordering

How do I customize my order?

It's simple! Select your product, choose your size and color, and add the item to your cart. At checkout, leave your customization details — names, text, colors, or any special requests — in the Order Notes field. Once your order comes through, we'll reach out to confirm your design before we start pressing.

Can I see a design preview before it's made?

Yes! For all custom and personalized orders, we send a digital design preview for your approval before we press anything. No surprises — you'll love it before it's made.

What colors and sizes are available?

Our blanks are available in White, Red, Blue, and Black. Sizes range from S to 2XL depending on the product. Check the individual product page for the exact options available for each item.

Do you take custom requests not listed in the shop?

Absolutely. If you have a specific idea — a custom design, a theme, a group order with special requirements — send us a message and we'll work with you to make it happen.

⏱️ Production & Shipping

How long does it take to make my order?

All orders are made-to-order by hand. Production takes 5–7 business days from the time your design is confirmed. This is not fast fashion — every piece is pressed fresh, specifically for you.

I need my order by a specific date. Can you rush it?

We do our best to accommodate time-sensitive orders. Message us before placing your order with your event date and we'll let you know if rush production is possible. We always recommend ordering at least 10–14 days before your event to allow for production and shipping time.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders ship via USPS or UPS. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

👯 Group & Bulk Orders

Do you offer group or bulk discounts?

Yes! Our group order products (Birthday Squad, Girls Trip, Baby Shower, Family Reunion, and more) include built-in pack pricing — the more you order, the more you save. Check the product page for pack options and pricing.

How far in advance should I order for a group event?

We recommend placing group orders at least 2–3 weeks before your event. This gives us time to confirm all designs, press every item, and ship with time to spare. Contact us early — we'll take care of you.

💳 Payment & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Checkout is secure and powered by Shopify.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Because every item is custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. If your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right — no questions asked.

👕 Care Instructions

How do I care for my Gifted and Glam piece?

To keep your piece looking its best:

Wash inside out in cold water
Use a gentle cycle
Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry
Do not iron directly on the print or vinyl
Do not dry clean

Proper care keeps your DTF prints and vinyl crisp and vibrant wash after wash.
